I remember, I'll never forget...anyone

I was at work most of us wore headphones while working cuz it was monkey work. As everyone came to the realization that something bad; very bad was happening we ran to the breakroom to watch it on tv. It was horrible and coming home to see more on tv and everywhere you turned were those images…flashes of the Federal Building bombing in Oklahoma came back.
It was a bad day for a lot of people.
I feel bad for what happened on this day, but I also feel bad for anyone who has a birthday or an anniversary on this day because they become the ones forgotten.
I feel this way because 5 years after the May 3 tornado’s in Oklahoma I still felt forgotten. Thank God for family or everyone would have forgotten my birthday.
The one thing I do remember on May 3rd was that I was greatful to have been sharing the day with my family or I may have had to endure the terror alone.

Car fire at Ikea due to a recalled part in an engine.

There was a car fire at work and my car was four spaces away. Thank god I didn't take the spot closer to the employee entrance.
